These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of products from Turing Humanoid. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Product Status and Specifications

Turing Humanoid products, including humanoid-related components and integrated joints, are under continued development. Certain performance parameters are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and may be indicative rather than verified by independent, rigid laboratory testing. Actual performance can vary with use conditions, system integration, and operating environment.

Suitability and Assumption of Risk

You are responsible for determining the suitability of products for your application and for validating performance within your system. By purchasing and using our products, you assume all risks associated with the installation, integration, and operation of the products, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, thermal, and software-related risks.

Safety and Compliance

You agree to use products in compliance with applicable laws, codes, and industry standards, and to implement appropriate safety measures, redundancies, and protective devices. Turing Humanoid does not warrant compliance for any specific regulatory or certification requirement unless expressly stated in writing.

Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, performance, or durability. Any sample data, drawings, or specifications are provided for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turing Humanoid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, loss of data, loss of business, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use the products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Turing Humanoid’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Returns policy. Products must be returned in original or equivalent packaging to prevent damage in transit. Credit is issued upon receipt and inspection.

Shipping Responsibilities and Refunds

For warranty claims where a product is confirmed defective or damaged due to manufacturing or material defects, Turing Humanoid will cover the reasonable shipping costs to and from our facility for repair or replacement. If a product is returned and found not to be defective or damaged, you are responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of non-defective returns, outbound and return shipping may be deducted from any refund issued.

If damage is determined to have resulted from misuse, improper installation, operation under extreme conditions (including but not limited to over-voltage, over-current, excessive mechanical load, overheating, ingress of contaminants), or modification not authorized by Turing Humanoid, the warranty does not apply. In such cases, you are responsible for shipping costs and any repair or replacement charges.

Orders, Pricing, and Taxes

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices may exclude shipping, handling, duties, and taxes, which are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise. Lead times and availability are estimates and not guarantees.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turing Humanoid, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or connected with your use, integration, or resale of the products.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Changes to Terms

Turing Humanoid may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use or purchase after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
